The E K Glass Story

E K Glass is a glass recycling company based in Boksburg in the East Rand of Gauteng. Our main focus started with bottle glass recycling for Nampak and Consol Glass, but later lead to recycling and crushing of glass to client specified sizes and colours.

Today we are privileged to be the main supplier of crushed glass to Ferro SA, who manufactures paint with the crushed glass. We also supply Clear Glass to Saint-Gobain (Isover) in Springs, who is one of the main manufacturers of glasswool in South Africa.

E K Glass is a ‘women owned’ company and was found and named after Elise Knoesen (now Terblanche) back in 2006. Till today, she is still the managing director of the company and a leader to all.
